History of RBP 110 'Seagoe Churchview'
The first meeting of R.B.P. 110 was held Carleton Street Orange Hall on 12th May 1959. Sir Knt Edwin Magowan occupied the Worshipful Master's chair and Sir Knt George Weir was in the Deputy Masters chair. Sir Knt James Magee read the opening prayer. Sir Knt Herbert Whitten the Worshipful District Master conducted the election of officers with Sir Knt David England in the Deputy Masters chair. |

Sir Knt H. A. Cushie, M.B.E., J.P., County Grand Master, Grand Registrar; installed the new officers.
The officers were presented by Sir Knt Joshua Bell, Imperial Deputy Grand Master and District Lecturer. The Sword bearers being Sir Knt William Hurst and Sir Knt Jack Milne, Lecturer from R.B.P. 744 ‘The Prince'.
On 17th June 1959 R.B.P. 110, held their meeting in Seagoe Orange Hall.
At a special meeting of R.B.P. 110 held on the 1 st July 1959, it was decided that the Preceptory would unfurl a new banner in Edenderry Orange Hall on Thursday 9th July at 8pm. Sir Knt Herbert Whitten, W.D.M.; to unfurl the banner and Sir Knt Rev. Woods, to dedicate the new banner. Sir Knt Joshua Bell, D.G.M.., District Lecturer took the chair. The opening hymn being “O God, our help in ages past”.
The D.G.M. Sir Knt Joshua Bell, District Lecturer give a short account about R.B.P. 110 warrant as it was previously used in Canada. A presentation to Sir Knt Herbert Whitten, W.D.M., was made by ‘little' Diane Murray, after which the new banner was unfurled. At this point the second hymn “Brightly Gleams our Banner” was sung.
After the unfurling ceremony R.B.P. 110 paraded up the town centre and around the front of St Mark's Church and down again past Edenderry Orange Hall to Seagoe Orange Hall. Seagoe Band led the parade. Tea was served afterwards.

In the minute book dated 20th March 1968 the W.M. referred to the death of Sir Knt R. J. Magowan, O.B.E., J.P., Deputy District Master. “He said the district of Portadown had lost a man whose place would be hard to fill.” Sir Knt Albert Greenaway, Lecturer; thanked the W.M. and the Sir Knts on behalf of R.B.P. 80 of which Sir Knt R. J. Magowan, O.B.E., J.P., Deputy District Master was R.B.P. 80 Worshipful Master from its inception until his death.
The last minute in the first minute book being recorded on 17th April 1968 and signed by W.M. Sir Knt R. Rooney and the Registrar Sir Knt Harold Gracey.
