History of RBP 232 'Epworth Temperance'
Growth of Black Institution Northern Whig Belfast
Speaking last night at the institution of Portadown District's 16 th Royal Black Preceptory, Epworth R.B.P. 232, Sir Knt. A. Cushnie, Imperial Grand Registrar, said their answer to those who believed their Institutions had had their day was the fact that during the last 14 months 4,500 new members had joined the Royal Black Institution in Northern Ireland.
The new Preceptory has as first R.W.M., Sir Knt, J. J. Bell, Imperial Deputy Grand Master.
